Customer Reviews
Detailed review of Outdoor Bark Control
I ordered the Outdoor Bark Control unit for my neighbor's dog that barks incessantly. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received an order confirmation immediately. Shipping took around 5 business days, which is reasonable. The device itself was easy to set up; just needed to insert batteries and find a good spot. It's been about two weeks, and I've noticed a significant reduction in the barking, especially when I'm outside. I even contacted support with a question about placement, and they responded within a day with a clear, helpful answer. The build quality feels sturdy, like it can withstand outdoor elements. It's definitely helped bring some peace and quiet to my yard.
Good value on Portable Dog Trainer
As a first-time buyer, I was looking for a deal. I snagged the Portable Dog Trainer during a holiday sale. The free shipping on my order over $50 was a nice bonus. It felt like a solid purchase without breaking the bank, definitely worth the price I paid.
Dog Silencer worked pretty good
Got the Ultrasonic Dog Silencer. My dog was barking at every little thing. It's not a miracle worker, but it definitely helped tone down the constant noise. Delivery was fine, got here in about a week. Overall, a decent experience, no complaints.
Consistent quality over time
I've ordered from Modus a few times now, and they're always reliable. This time I got the Automatic Ultrasonic Bark Control, and it performed just as well as the Handheld one I got last year. Shipping was quick again too, took about 4 days to reach me in California. That consistency is why I keep coming back.
Decent, but could be faster
I bought the M-257 Bark Control. It works pretty effectively for my persistent barker, which is great. The device itself seems well-made. However, shipping took 6 days to get to me in Florida, which felt a bit slow compared to other online stores. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about the settings though. Good product, but slightly longer wait time for delivery.

thinking about getting the M-230, is it rechargeable or do I need to keep buying batteries for it?
anyone know if I can use the 10% off for signing up for emails AND a free shipping code at the same time? Trying to save as much as possible.
Hey, wondering how long it usually takes to get the handheld trainer delivered to California? Need it kinda quick for my new rescue.
Is Modus legit? Saw some similar stuff on Amazon for way cheaper but kinda wary about fakes.
Can you hear the ultrasonic sound from these devices? My dog barks like crazy but I don't want to hear that high pitched whine all day.
thinking about the Modus M-257, but BarxBuddy is also on my list. Anyone tried both and have an opinion?
does the outdoor bark control work through fences or like, can my dog still bark at the mailman if he's behind the wooden fence?
can you get these devices shipped to Canada or is it just US orders?
